The punch shield allows the coach to get a first-hand view at a boxer’s mistakes, so that they are quickly remedied. The shield can also be used in partner work, giving two athletes a workout at the same time. It’s heavily padded with foam and made of durable LONSTEEL. The shield is held in place with two reinforced, riveted handles.
