Return Policy

Returned merchandise requires pre-authorization. Please call 1-866-880-9375 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday thru Friday.

Have your invoice available.
Returned merchandise must be shipped pre-paid.

What you may return

You may return new product, in its original packaging, acceptable for re-sale.

What you cannot return

Merchandise not suitable for return includes items that have been used, worn, altered, washed, soiled or damaged as well as sports bras and groin protectors.

Restocking fees

There are no restocking fees applied to returns within 14 days of purchase. For returns between 15 and 30 days there is a 15% restocking fee and 20% to 45 days. No returns are accepted after 45 days.
